Hello everyone!
So as our guild grows in numbers we are wanting to make changes that go hand in hand with what out guild needs and does not need. The following are a few things we have been thinking about and your feedback on these will be greatly appreciated.
Guild Treasurer Changes
It is pretty obvious that this position is unecessary, it just isn't being utalized at all. The idea was great but it is clear we don't need this. If the day ever did come where we had a group raffel or donation thing we could undoubitly use the RS07 guild account to store it all and we could manage all transactions on the forum. It just seems like everyone can handle raising money for events by themselves and then share the g.p. with others if they feel like it.
As our guild grows further we will need more people to help moderate the clan chat. Also, currently we have generals that are in there and nothing to really validate that. So I figured it may be a good idea to change the Guild Treasurers postion to Clan Chat Generals. To me it just seems more appropriate and it is something that we will utalize on a daily basis.
GFX Design Competition
I'm pretty excited about this idea, probably because I personally am a big photshop fan. The idea is to have individuals design a new banner, background and color scheme layout for our forum. The competition would run for about a month and it would have some sort of large prize so people would really want to go for it. Submission would be through the forum and would encourage more people to sign up and engage with the community on here. A poll would be used to pick a top 3 and then another poll to pick the winner.
More Radio DJ slots to fill
We are also currently looking for more people to spin some tunes on our new radio page: rs07guild.caster.fm If you have over 1000000000 songs and would like to give it a try then let either Durial or myself know.
